We’re the Wang family, hence the name ‘Wangs in the Wild’. We are now family of four, myself Tim, and three lovely kids Josie, Annushka and Toby. Mum passed away from cancer in August of 2018 after living with an aggressive brain tumour for 2 years and 7 months. That time we had was wonderful considering the doctors’ gave Eugénie six months! We made some wonderful memories and it is still my job to make more wonderful memories with our kids. We’re from New Zealand and enjoy the great outdoors. Be it tramping, camping, geocaching or a bit of 4×4 driving we like to get outside into the fresh air.
Tim – it is my job to keep the fun engine running. I have always been the ‘let’s try this’ kind of a guy. I have done a few things in my life worked in construction, scuba instructor, software engineers, builder, now I am studying again as a primary school teacher.
Josie – our oldest girl, enjoys hip-hop, bike rides, and an assortment of sporting activities. Very out going and enjoys the company of many.
Annushka – next in line and 2 and bit years younger than Josie. Very creative and sporty, loves heading out tramping and enjoys the 4×4 time too.
Toby – our youngest member 4 years younger than Annushka. He is very much like myself. Was not so sure about the 4×4 aspect of our adventures but has come around now. You will notice a few of Toby’s one liners in our adventures.
